WEATHER POLICY In the event of inclement weather preventing scheduled service: Service will be rescheduled within 48 hours of the originally scheduled visit. Client will be notified of the new date. Provider will make reasonable efforts to notify Client of schedule changes. 6. CANCELLATION Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days written notice. Notice may be provided via email or certified mail. Upon termination, Client is responsible for payment of services rendered through the effective termination date. 7. SERVICE STANDARDS Provider agrees to: • Maintain professional appearance and conduct • Use commercial-grade equipment properly maintained • Dispose of clippings and debris appropriately • Carry general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 • Respond to concerns within 24 business hours 8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS Provider is not responsible for damage caused by: • Pre-existing landscape conditions • Underground utilities not marked by Client • Normal wear from proper lawn care • Acts of nature or third parties 9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
